The Re-Align stage comes after the Restore stage Mama. This early stage of PostPartum Recovery is a progression to help re-align your core stability, postural muscles & synergistic breath after 3-6 weeks. Most Mamas will feel really ready for this stage at 2-3 months after birth. You learn about how to manage your intra-abdominal pressure and load up your core safely as you progressively add more challenge to your exercises. This is necessary to understand before you head back to exercise classes or get more and more active with your kids.
