Early PostPartum is a special time. Mostly it is about rest. After rest we need to start to rehabilitate our core muscles to help us deal with day to day activities of motherhood & life. This Stage I designate as being in the first 2-6 weeks. Repeating these exercises & understanding the Self-Knowledge tips will aid you in your recovery so you can be the best you can be in the weeks & months ahead. Some people will feel more able to move on to the Align stage around the 5-6 week mark, others will take til the 6-8 week mark.
