How do I access the video workouts?

Follow these steps: 1. Select the membership or course purchase you want & buy 2. Head to the Online Programs carousel or the Online Studio title in the banner & choose to join the programs you want. (note - not all access is granted to all memberships) 3. Choose CONTENT tab to see workouts. 4. Make sure you press the SHOW MORE button to see ALL videos available
Why does it say "No Steps"?

Even though there are no steps to the section there are multiple videos under the CONTENT TAB. The overview button is a bit zealous and wants to show off, but it's CONTENTs time to shine.. Go over and say hi to CONTENT to be content with your workout!
My video is blurry. How can I make it better?

On the YT video there is a COG icon in the bottom banner. Pls make sure you have this set to the best quality video (700p is good). Your computer or phone may select the worst quality be default..
