Booking Zoom Sessions

You can book weekly sessions with Dominique on-the-go to remain flexible to your schedule. You do need to have your screen on so I can see you. And you don't need to be kid-free!  International clients note my timezone is Melb, Australia. 

 (There is a 24 hr booking/ cancellation policy and you will forfeit your session if it is cancelled after this time.)  

I have a prolapse
can I join?

You can join my personalised programs if you have a prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, back pain, neck pain, wrist pain or any other sort of motherhood pain..  However, if you have prolapse or  abdominal diastasis more than 2 fingers wide you will need to have support from a physio! Please make sure you are cleared for movement and have stopped bleeding post-birth. 

How long do I have access to the course and videos?

You have lifetime access to the Course video collection and access to the Templewell on-line movement app library whilst enrolled in your course.

   

What if I can't do 3-4 workouts?

Look, I know you are burning it at both ends. The app makes it easy to do a 5 minute session on your phone  whilst bub is with you. And I will guide you to find practical routines so you can put your needs as a priority, even if that means some days you only get a deep breath & stretch.  Movement videos vary in length depending on what time you have. But consistency is key to change. 

What stage am I at postpartum?

The progressive exercise stages are different for each woman as she heals and strengthens. Reach out if you have any questions about what stage you think you are at. Or try my short programs that have information on each stage to guide you. The 3 month program has all stages so if you feel you have mastered the exercise techniques then you progress to the later stage exercises and continue to strengthen. 

What level of pilates is this?

My programs are designed  with my support to guide you. From basic 360* breathing, to correct abdominal activation .. If you are unsure about your level of exercise, what is safe or if. you are doing things correctly book a ZOOM - I have x-ray eyes that can see what you need to work on through a screen!  There are gentler to more advanced options. But make sure you work at your level.
