I have been through the long days, hard nights & the years of physical demands of motherhood and I'm qualified as an exercises specialist to lead you to recover from motherhood ailments that are 'common' but shouldn't be 'normal' (like almost pooing your pants in public , like I did..) & love moving your body again! I have run 17kms, done mountain biking, jump on the trampoline with my kids & have a fulfilled sexlife.
