I have been through the long days, hard nights & the years of physical demands of motherhood and I'm qualified as an exercises specialist to lead you to recover from motherhood ailments that are 'common' but shouldn't be 'normal'  (like almost pooing your pants in public , like I did..) & love moving your body again!  I have run 17kms, done mountain biking, jump on the trampoline with my kids & have a fulfilled sexlife.

This is a suitable course if you suffer prolapse, incontinence or abdominal separation. But if you have-  wider than 3 finger gap or your prolapse protrudes, please see a physio.  

You will have information on common conditions AND learn the 7 Step Method to Rebuild Your Core. You will be able to practice the method on your own after the course ends.
