My personal journey in fitness began when I was incontinent and with back pain from my second child.
I worked with specialists and taught Pre/Postpartum Exercise at a Physiotherapy Centre to help other Mamas, and as I got stronger I trained in different modalities to build my body stronger from the inside.
When I studied Neuroscience the penny really dropped - every day we move in habitual ways and if we don't strengthen the weak links they will keep us tied to their pains. In fact they might get worse.
With my 7 years of experience teaching mothers and my training in body-mind connection I created 7 STEPS TO CORE REBUILD.

I have been through the long days & hard nights of motherhood (and perimenopause) and I am a pilates & exercise specialist ready to lead you to recover from motherhood ailments that are 'common' but shouldn't be 'normal' & get you to love moving your body!
I have worked in the fitness & wellness industry for 10 years and I've taught everything from Pre-Postpartum Exercise, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT & Reformer.
As a Mama I have enjoyed mountain biking, jumping on the trampoline with my kids, trail running & have a delicious sexlife ;) .

This is a suitable course if you suffer prolapse, incontinence or abdominal separation. But if you have- wider than 3 finger gap or your prolapse protrudes, please see a physio before starting this program to modify as needed.
